AYL SoundFit Portable Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker Review

AYL SoundFit Portable Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker

I’ve done a lot of reviews on “rugged” and “outdoor” portable Bluetooth speakers in the past but the AYL SoundFit Portable Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker definitely sits on the top of my list of favorites.

I think it has something to do with the design. The AYL SoundFit Portable Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker that I tested is army green which is ironic because that’s partly why it feels “military tough” to me. Plus, it’s just small enough to make it easily portable while still giving off enough a good amount of sound for its size.

The AYL SoundFit Portable Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker is IPX5 certified which means it should stay safe in the rain or by the pool. The manufacturer even suggests that you could use it in the shower. And while it should not be submersed in water, it should be able to withstand an accidental drop in water.

AYL SoundFit USB and AUX ports

The USB charging port and auxiliary ports are tucked underneath a snug flap which keeps them from getting wet but the notch on the side of the flap still makes it easy to raise the flap and access the ports. The power, volume and call answering buttons (it also works as a speaker phone) are molded into the side of the speaker and are very easy to use.

There’s also a tripod mount which I assume is for mounting the speaker to some sort of device on your bicycle and a rugged strap in case you want to hang the speaker on something instead of setting it on the ground or a table.

The AYL SoundFit Portable Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker comes packaged with a USB charging cable, a 3.5mm audio cable and a mesh carrying case.

With a full charge, you should expect about 10 hours of music.
