iGotTech Texting Gloves for Smartphone & Touchscreen [REVIEW]
Ever try using your smartphone with gloves on your hand? Doesn’t work very well, does it? Allow me to get technical for a minute to explain why. Most smartphones use a capacitive touch screen that relies on an electrical field being broken by another conductive object. Your finger qualifies as a conduct object. Your gloves don’t.
So you have two choices (assuming you don’t want to operating your smartphone with your nose or other odd body part) if you are wearing gloves:
- Take your gloves off every time you need to use your smartphone

Are they warm enough?

That being said, I’m not Elsa so I can’t force the temperature to get any lower. My gut tells me that I’d probably want to switch to my normal, thicker winter gloves when temperatures drop the teens or lower.
Two colors, one size fits all
The gloves come in two colors—black/gray and gray/pink—and they are one size fits all. I don’t have the largest hands and the gloves just fit me so if you have extra large hands, these may not work for you.
