Verizon Customers Can Text Messages to the Sky Above the Indianapolis 500 on May 24

On Sunday, May 24, Verizon customers can have their text messages written by a team of skywriters high above the Indianapolis Motor Speedway during the Indianapolis 500.

From the track or at home, Verizon customers can simply text their 25 character or less messages to 25581 between 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 23, and 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 24. This is the first time Skytexting has been made available at the race.

In addition, Verizon customers at race events could have their seats instantly upgraded to premium locations around the track.

Verizon representatives will be on the lookout for Verizon customers to surprise with instant access to exclusive viewing locations either close to the track or in the iconic Pagoda above the start and finish line.
