Able2Extract 9 adds new features to already useful PDF tool

About this time a year ago, I wrote a review on a software tool called Able2Extract. The software did the opposite of what most PDF software does—instead of converting documents like Microsoft Word to PDF format, it converted existing PDF documents into Microsoft Word (and other file formats). In other words, it converted PDF documents back into their source format.

Security – Version 9 now allows you to apply security to document to restrict others from doing things you don’t want them to like copying content or printing pages.
Editing – New in version 9, you can now apply minor edits to existing PDF documents. This includes deleting, resizing, rotating, scaling or moving pages within your PDF document.
Advanced PDF Rendering – Not that is wasn’t good before, but Able2Extract 9 has a new rendering engine which is the techie way to say your graphics and text will look sharper and your layouts will be more accurately displayed.
Cross Platform – Able2Extract 9 can be downloaded for Windows, Mac and Linux (Ubuntu and Fedora).
Fresh look and feel – Aside from new functionality, Able2Extract 9 received a fresh, new look and feel just in case you are one of those that likes your software to keep up with the Joneses.
