Google GBoard Update Includes YouTube, Google Maps & Doodling
With the new Google GBoard update, you won’t have to open separate apps for YouTube and Google Maps. The tech giant’s smartphone keyboard integrated innovation now allows users to access both apps as well as doodle on it. Google GBoard Now Has YouTube, Google Maps & Doodling
Google’s Gboard, the app that integrates Google Search and other features right into the smartphone keyboard, is being updated today with a handful of notable new additions, including the integration of key Google services, like YouTube and Google Maps. This will allow Gboard app users to share their location with friends, or any other address, directly from the keyboard, as well as search and share YouTube videos without having to separately launch the YouTube app.

Google reportedly wanted to make Google Search a part of a person’s daily life when using his or her smart phone. Launched for iOS last year, the company reportedly developed the app to save on traffic acquisition costs as well as to compensate for the expensive rate that Google has to pay Apple to stay as the default search engine for Safari.
Google Search Made Super Easy
Google GBoard allows users to search for what they need right on the keyboard itself, no matter the texting app you’re using. This makes searching so much easier and practical, especially for those who don’t have the time or patience to switch back and forth between several apps.
Upon release, it already offered some of most practical searches such as flight details, news business listings and more. Later, updates like smarter phrase searches, emoji suggestions, and instant translations were added.
The recent update makes GBoard even more convenient for users. Having Google Maps and YouTube at the ready as well as being able to doodle right on your keyboard definitely makes searching hassle-free.
