Go unlisted first [TIP OF THE DAY]
If you want to preview your YouTube video to make sure everything looks good before the rest of the world sees it, select “Unlisted” (hidden unless you share the link) from the drop-down menu before beginning the upload process. Once you have your title, description, tags and other settings set correctly and you are happy with the video, you can switch the setting from “Unlisted” to “Public”.
