TILTS: Rain sensor for your convertible

I can not claim credit for today’s Technology I’d Like To See (TILTS). That credit goes to a good friend of mine, Regina Miller, from Geek in Pink. She passed along the idea to me via Facebook and I loved the idea so much I decided it had to become a TILTS.

Before I present Regina’s idea, I need to give you a little background. Regina drives a sporty red convertible and despite the ever cooling (and ever changing) October weather here in Indiana, she still can’t resist driving with the top down on the car.

And now without further ado…

For the record, she later claimed she was joking. Yeah, I’m not sure I believe her either!
